While at the StoneCup, I find ample opportunity to listen to the Dad read to his son, to watch the college grad sleep, head in his hand, book propped open, deadlines probably flying by...accompanied by one of the best bagel and cream cheeses I've ever experienced. Damnit that cookie looks soooo good.

Outside the 60 degree breezes disturb the porch patrons. The other laptop geekies are tuned out, listen

I'm looking for more flexible posting options.

Could someone more computer/internet oriented than I help me?

I love blogging, updating LJ, whatever you may call it. Since becoming a myspace member though, I really want to post on myspace. One problem - I HATE their updating page. I hate that myspace is so slow, too, and not always working. Can I post my blog on myspace using some sort of program.. and on LJ too? What are my options?

I've never really understood stuff like this. Detailed description, instructions, or even someone telling me to shut up and make do would be alright. All feedback is appreciated, basically.

Thanks.

yaaaawwwwnnn...

I just had this dream that I had to move out of my dorm/apt in something like 30 minutes. It was freaking out dream, because I was scared that I wouldn't be able to finish my homework, etc, and the Dean that lived above me had moved out, the school was falling apart or something.

And for two seconds, I almost let that dream set the tone of my day. But no. I'm better than that. I put some cheery music on.. I have nothing to stress out about this week. The big grades are over. Just gotta collect some notes from last Thursday's class that I missed, and I should be ready to go.

It's as if I had to have it in writing to believe it. This is going to be a great week.

And I'm still so in love with Morgan.

Happy Saturday!!

I'm back in Knoxville. Drove up yesterday.. so currently, I'm planning out hiding places to park on campus without a parking tag. This should be interesting. I think it'll be okay in the tennis court lot, or somewhere on the street. I'm going into Moe's today, because they told me I "had the job" when I walked in for an application yesterday. Don't know too much about the job, so I'll see whats up. Started my workouts this morning.. lifting weights in the UT gym is really intimidating. Very male-oriented, too, with no weights lighter than 5 lbs, and most dudes are there to PUMP IRON AND GET RIIIIIPPED!! ARRRGHHHHH!!! Not me though : ) I just use my little weights and get on with it. I need to workout EARLY though, because of the low traffic during the early hours, aka I'll be getting buff before my 9am classes. Pretty. fucking. early.

Knoxville is dead. Most of the folks here are athletes or weird and on campus, like me. Grocery shopping here in a bit, then Moe's at four. Wish me luck, I desperately need a job/cash noooow.

Here's to today -

And finally, my break in Chattanooga is drawing to a close.

I've had something like six or seven appointments this week. SO annoying. I finished my personal training sessions with Adelaide yesterday.. we did a longer interval training, and it kicked my ass. Augh. I got a hair cut, got a filling, went to the gyno, tried a different kind of contacts.. all sorts of things. I was fitting for a new pair of extended wear contacts. They were horrible - not only were they the wrong size, but I could feel the fuckers in my eyes, and they "slipped," so I couldn't even read street signs while driving. Annoying. AND we were charged for just doing a trial. Anyways, I got my regular perscription, thankfully. I'm ready to leave..it always happens though. I'm home for more than a week and it gets old. Although.. this break was different. Not having a job meant spending beaucoup money on dumb things (think: clothes food weed coffee coffee coffee gas), and MAXIN it. I hung out with Morgan, Alana, Brittany.. nobody too off course I suppose. My small social group regulars.

No anxiety about the up and coming semester. Bring it on. I'm glad I'll have a few days to chill in Knoxville though. Wendy and I are going hiking Saturday. Only 22 days until Morgan and I go see Bela Fleck, and next weekend we have an extra day off!! Flippin sweet. Theresa and I caught Elizabethtown at the dollar movies last night. Really long, really late, and just a so-so movie. Strange aspects of the plot totally ruined the charming factor that producer/director folks were going for.

Morgan asked me if I wanted him to move to Knoxville. He's been considering it.
